Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and AIQ Labs Limited (“AIQ Labs”, “we”, “us”), which operates AGC Studio, covering your use of agcstudio.ai, app.agcstudio.ai and the AGC Studio service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

The Service

AGC Studio helps you create social media content (scripts, carousels, videos with AI-generated personas and voices), schedule and publish it to social accounts you connect, read the results, answer comments and messages, and plan future posts from those results. Features change over time; we may add, change or remove features.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

Trials, plans and billing

  • Paid plans start with a 14-day trial that includes a limited number of videos. A payment card is required to start the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price when the trial ends and then every month, in advance, until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Airwallex. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; the Service keeps working until the end of the period already paid for (or the trial). Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
  • Plans include usage allowances (for example, posts, videos and connected accounts each month). When you reach an allowance, the related feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.
  • If a payment fails we may limit the Service after a short grace period until payment succeeds. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Connected social accounts

You connect social accounts through each platform's own sign-in, provided through our publishing partner Zernio; we never receive your social passwords. You authorise us to publish the content you approve (or that your Autopilot setting approves), and to read posts, results, comments and messages for those accounts. You must follow each platform's terms and community rules. Platforms may limit, remove or label content, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, logos, text, likenesses) and of the content the Service makes for your brand. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transform that material only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your private content to market other customers' brands.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including consent from any real person whose likeness or voice you upload.

AI-generated personas and honest use

  • Personas created in AGC Studio are synthetic. Where a platform offers an AI-content label, the Service turns it on when a synthetic person appears, and you must not remove it.
  • You must not use the Service to impersonate a real person or business, to present a synthetic person as a real customer giving a testimonial or review, to make false or misleading claims about products or prices, or to send spam.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent content, or content that targets minors.

We may pause publishing, remove content from the Service or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

Scripts, captions, replies and media are generated by AI models and can be wrong or unsuitable. Review what you approve. Results such as views and engagement depend on the platforms and your audience; we do not promise any particular result.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Publishing depends on third parties (social platforms, Zernio, AI model providers) whose outages or changes can delay or prevent posts.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and AIQ Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. After your account ends we delete your brand content within 60 days, except what we must keep by law. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
