Privacy Policy

AIQ Labs Limited (“we”) operates AGC Studio. This policy explains what we collect when you use agcstudio.ai and the AGC Studio app, why, who processes it for us, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, business name, website and a hashed password (we never store your password itself).
- Brand material: what you upload or create in the app: photos, logos, notes, personas, voices you choose, scripts, captions and generated media.
- Connected accounts: when you connect a social account, our publishing partner Zernio holds the platform's access token. We receive account names, the posts we publish, their results (views, likes, comments, shares, saves), and comments, messages and reviews sent to those accounts, so the Engage inbox can show and answer them.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details go directly to Airwallex; we don't see or store full card numbers.
- Usage and security: sign-in and signup attempts (with IP address, kept for a day to stop abuse), server logs and basic error information. The app uses one session cookie to keep you signed in; we don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To run the Service for you: generate and publish your content, measure results and plan what's next, show and answer your inbox, bill you, keep the Service secure, and contact you about your account. Your brand's results train only your brand's plan. Where we pool results across brands in the same industry to give new brands a better start, we use only anonymous counts drawn from at least three businesses, never content or anything that identifies you.
Who processes it for us
- Zernio: social account connections, publishing, analytics and inbox.
- Airwallex: payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare: storage of your media (R2) and DNS.
- AI model providers that generate text, images, video and voice for your requests, including Modal (our own hosted video models), Runware and Rime, and the language-model providers behind our writing assistant. They receive only what a given request needs.
- Our hosting provider for the servers and database.
We don't sell personal information. These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and up to 60 days after it closes, then we delete your brand content and account data, except records we must keep by law (for example, billing records).
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit most of your information in the app, disconnect social accounts at any time, and ask us for a copy of your personal information, a correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected]. We handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws.
Children
AGC Studio is for businesses and people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, private media storage with short-lived links, and signed webhooks. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at [email protected] if you find a problem.
